Huckabee lending help in Alaska Senate race

ANCHORAGE - Add Mike Huckabee to the list of names lending voice in Alaska's Senate race.

The former Arkansas governor is making robocalls for GOP nominee Joe Miller, according to Miller's campaign.

Miller's racked up a list of conservative endorsements as he seeks to fend off Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski and Democrat Scott McAdams. The most prominent of these has been Sarah Palin, who headlined a rally for Miller last week in Anchorage. He's also gotten money from Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty's Freedom First PAC. Pawlenty, like Palin, is mentioned as a potential 2012 presidential contender.

Both Murkowski and McAdams are voicing robocalls for their respective campaigns, and former President Bill Clinton did a call for McAdams over the weekend.
