Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Thefts:

• At 3 p.m. Friday in Juneau a girl, 14, reported the theft of a Nokia 3360 cell phone.

Drugs:

• At 1 p.m. Friday Gary Martin of Juneau was arrested for fourth-degree drug misconduct, a felony. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Underage drinking:

• At 10 p.m. Friday near Whittier Street a girl, 16, was cited for underage drinking. She was released to a parent. A man, 48, was arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was lodged at the state prison.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 6:15 p.m. Friday near Montgomery Street a man, 26, reported that his 2000 Mazda van was hit by a Ford truck driven by a man, 32. The van had $1,000 damage.

• At 8:45 p.m. Friday on Seward Street a 1987 Honda Civic driven by a boy, 16, struck a 1989 Ford Bronco driven by a man, 24. The Honda was totaled, the Ford had $500 damage. The boy was charged with driving faster than was safe for road conditions.

Hit-and-run incidents:

• At 9 p.m. Friday near Mendenhall Mall Road a man, 32, reported that his parked Honda Civic was hit by another vehicle. A man, 19, was cited for leaving the accident scene.

Animal encounters:

• A bear was reported at 6:30 p.m. Friday near Lemon Creek.

Other:

• At 11 a.m. Friday near Fourth Street a man, 23, was arrested on a Juneau police warrant for failing to pay a fine and report to jail. He was lodged at the state prison.

• At 12:15 p.m. Friday near Front Street a man, 33, was arrested on two Juneau troopers warrants for failure to appear in court. He was lodged at the state prison.

• At 7:30 p.m. Friday near Front Street a woman, 38, was arrested on a troopers warrant for failure to report to jail. She was lodged at the state prison.

• At 1 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway a girl, 19, was cited for being a minor on licensed premises. She was released.
