Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Vehicle accidents:

• At 12:09 p.m. Wednesday, a 34-year-old man reported his 1995 Honda Civic was struck in a hit-and-run accident while parked near Front and Seward streets. The car sustained $1,700 in damage.

• At 2:32 p.m. Wednesday, police were notified that a gray 1991 Subaru had been struck by a hit-and-run driver somewhere in the Juneau area. The Subaru sustained $100 in damage.

• At 11:40 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the report of a 1997 Honda that had rolled over near Valley Boulevard, but all occupants had fled when police arrived.

• A 61-year-old woman was cited at 10:31 a.m. Thursday near Mountainside Drive for failing to yield after her 1987 Ford truck was involved in an accident with a 1999 Dodge truck.

Theft:

• At 9:48 a.m. Thursday, a 44-year-old man reported his $150 black and green Motorola V180 flip phone had been stolen near Glacier Avenue.

• At 10:43 a.m. Thursday, a 26-year-old woman reported her $65 green and silver Nokia 6010 cell phone had been stolen near Front Street.

• At 10:59 a.m. Thursday, a 21-year-old man reported his black nylon wallet had been stolen sometime the previous day in the Juneau area.

Found property:

• An Airsoft rifle was discovered near West 10th Street and placed into safekeeping at 5:03 p.m. Wednesday.

Domestic-violence related incidents: 0.

Alcohol-related incidents: 1.

Bear complaints: 0.
