Juneau set a record Wednesday for rainfall, with 1.5 inches recorded at the airport by 4 p.m. The old record of 1.33 inches was set in 1960. The highest wind gust was 55 mph, which was recorded downtown. The storm has moved south, and the temperatures will fall and it will rain and snow for the next few days, forecasters said.
