Teen accused of assaulting cousin in Kwethluk

BETHEL - Alaska State Troopers say a 14-year-old sexually assaulted his 16-year-old cousin after they both had been drinking in Kwethluk, near Bethel in Southwest Alaska.
Troopers reported Tuesday that the 14-year-old was arrested last month at Kwethluk School where he was found to have a controlled substance.
