Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


• A purse was reported stolen at 2:04 p.m. Monday in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway near the airport.

• Police arrested a 21-year-old man on charges of theft and concealing merchandise at 2:03 a.m. in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 8:53 a.m. Tuesday, a belt buckle collection valued at $750 was reported stolen in the Juneau area.

Vehicle accident:

• Police cited an 84-year-old woman on a charge of failing to yield at 12:54 p.m. Monday after an accident at Egan and Riverside drives in the Mendenhall Valley. She reportedly was driving a Ford that struck a Toyota driven by a 46-year-old man.

• Police cited a 17-year-old boy on a charge of careless driving at 8:14 p.. Monday after the 1991 Ford Explorer he was driving reportedly rolled in a single-vehicle accident on North Douglas Highway the Bayview area. Damage was estimated at $10,000.

• Police cited an 18-year-old man on a charge of driving without a license at 11:06 p.m. Monday after the Ford Bronco he was driving reportedly struck a Jeep on Egan Drive near Glacier Highway in the Jordan Creek area. The Jeep was driven by a 28-year-old man. Police impounded the Bronco.

Traffic stop:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 7:10 p.m. Monday in the 700 block of Willoughby Avenue downtown after citing the 30-year-old man driving it on a charge of driving without a license.
