Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested 27-year-old Travis Gene Wolfe on a charge of drunken driving at 10:47 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of Trout Street near the airport. They also charged him with refusing to take a breath test. Police lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.


• An audio amplifier was reported stolen at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday from a 1995 Dodge Dakota in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive in the Mendenhall Valley.

• An empty bank deposit bag was reported stolen at 1:34 p.m. Tuesday from a 1993 Ford Escort in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.


• At 12:33 p.m. Tuesday, the window to a front door was reported vandalized in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

Vehicle accident:

• Police cited a 16-year-old boy at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of failing to maintain a safe distance in traffic after an accident on outbound Egan Drive near the retaining wall. The boy also was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital for evaluation. In the accident, a 1994 Plymouth struck a 2002 Jeep in the rear. The Plymouth reportedly was totaled, and the Jeep sustained $100 in damage.

Traffic stop:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 1:24 a.m. Tuesday after citing the driver, a 31-year-old man, on a charge of driving without a license on inbound Egan Drive at Mendenhall Loop Road.
