Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

About 11:30 a.m. Friday, Ronald Redman, 34, was arrested on Thane Road for drunken driving and for driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.10 percent. Redman was also charged with four counts of reckless endangerment. He was transported to and lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center. His vehicle was impounded.

Assaults:

About 3 p.m. Friday, a boy, 16, was arrested for domestic violence assault in the Mendenhall Valley after police officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence. The boy was transported to and lodged at Johnson Youth Center.

Thefts:

At 8 a.m. Friday, a man, 35, was arrested on Alsek Street for fourth-degree theft. He was lodged at state prison.

About 1:40 p.m. Friday, a woman, 37, reported the loss of a Bach trumpet at Floyd Dryden Middle School.

Underage drinking:

At 9 p.m. Friday, officers cited two girls, both 15 years old, at Merchants Wharf for minor consuming of alcohol after responding to a report of two girls stumbling in traffic. Both were cited and released to adults.

After conducting a traffic stop on Glacier Highway about 2:30 a.m. Saturday, officers cited a boy, 19, for minor consuming, minor operating after consuming, refusing a chemical test, driving while his license was revoked and making a false report. His vehicle was impounded.

Vehicle accidents:

Firefighters and emergency medical personnel from three fire stations responded a minute after 11 a.m. Saturday to a report of a two-vehicle accident at 1 Mile North Douglas Highway. Two patients (one male, one female) were transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital. Firefighters were not certain of the cause, but said roads were "very slick" with ice. They estimated both vehicles were totaled. The Bartlett nursing supervisor said the two patients were still being evaluated as of 3 p.m. Saturday.

Warrant arrests:

About 11:30 p.m. Friday, a man, 35, was arrested downtown on two outstanding Juneau Alaska State Trooper warrants and Juneau Police Department warrants. He was transported to and lodged at state prison.

Animal encounters:

Shortly before 8 p.m. Friday, police received a report of a bear on 11th Street.

Shortly after 8 p.m. Friday, a bear was sighted on Meadow Lane.
