ANCHORAGE - An 81-year-old Hydaburg man has pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges.
Robert Armour Sanderson Sr. pleaded not guilty to single counts of possession and receiving child porn. A federal grand jury in Anchorage handed down the indictment.
Federal prosecutors allege Sanderson ordered two sexually explicit videos containing images of prepubescent children engaging in sex acts.
He is being held until his trial, which is scheduled to start Jan. 11.
