Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Thefts:
Police cited two men aged 20 and 24 for theft at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday near Shaune Drive. They were released at the scene.
Drugs:
Police released six teenagers, 16 to 17, after issuing verbal warnings to them for misconduct involving a controlled substance at 9:07 p.m. Wednesday near Skater's Cabin Road.
Underage drinking:
Police cited two men, both 20, for underage drinking at 12:08 a.m. today near Egan Drive. Police impounded the vehicle the men were in and released the men and three other passengers.
Vehicle accidents:
No one was injured during a one-vehicle accident at 4:02 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway and the Auke Bay Ferry Terminal. A Dodge truck, driven by a man, 20, swerved to avoid striking a dog. The truck struck a rock wall and sustained $4,000 in damage.
Animal encounters:
A bear was reported at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek.
