Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Paul Mangold, 47, on a charge of drunken driving at 7:46 p.m. Wednesday near Riverside Drive and Vintage Boulevard. Police lodged him in the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vehicle accidents:

• Minimal damage and no injuries were reported in an accident at 12:02 p.m. Wednesday on Vintage Boulevard. A 1993 Chevy allegedly struck a 1995 Dodge.

• A man, 19, was cited on charges of careless driving and failing to carry and show proof of insurance after driving a 2000 Freightliner that struck a parked 1992 Ford at 10:13 a.m. Thursday on West 12th Street.

Hit and run:

• A woman reported at 10:56 a.m. Thursday that her 2001 Toyota Corolla was hit by an unknown vehicle on Oct. 18 near Commercial Boulevard in the Lemon Creek area. The driver's side sustained a large dent and a broken side mirror.

Domestic disputes:

• Police arrested a man, 39, on charges of domestic-violence assault and criminal mischief. He was lodged at the state prison.

Vehicle burglary:

• A man reported at 12:36 p.m. Wednesday that his unlocked Honda and his Ford had been rifled the previous night in the area of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Nothing was reported missing.


• At 1:34 p.m. Wednesday, a man reported the theft of a Nokia cellular telephone sometime within the last two weeks near Marine Way.

• At 2:08 p.m. Wednesday, a woman reported her son's cellular telephone and wrist watch were stolen from her son's locked locker on Glacier Avenue.

Traffic stops:

• Police cited a man, 33, on a charge of driving with his license revoked at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday on Renninger Street in the Lemon Creek area. Police released the man and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

• Police cited a woman, 51, on a charge of driving while her license was suspended at 6:14 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway and Berners Avenue. Police released the woman and impounded the vehicle.

• Police cited a 45-year-old man for driving without a valid license on F Street at 10:18 p.m. Wednesday. He was released. The status of his vehicle was unavailable.

Found property:

• At 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, a man turned over a yellow and black 21-speed bicycle that he reportedly found near Fritz Cove Road.
