JoAnn Mann died Monday in Seattle. She was born June 25, 1957 in Juneau. She attended Juneau-Douglas High School. She is survived by sisters Victoria Mann-Angelo, Rhonda Mann, Brenda Pelot and Christie Ross; and brother Mike Mann. The details of her service will be announced at a later time.
