Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Thefts:

Police cited and released a woman for larceny at 3:19 p.m. Thursday near Willoughby Avenue.

A man reported at 4:22 p.m. Thursday near Mendenhall Loop Road that a Motorola radio was stolen from his vehicle.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A man reported at 3:11 p.m. Thursday near North Douglas Highway that his mailbox was smashed when someone threw a pumpkin at it.

Underage drinking:

Police arrested a woman, 18, at 3 a.m. today near 10th Street and Egan Drive for underage drinking. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center after saying she would not show up in court to address the citation.

Hit-and-run incidents:

A woman reported at 5:30 p.m. Thursday from somewhere in the Juneau area that her vehicle had been hit by another vehicle sometime between Nov. 7 and 8.
