• At about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, a bear was reported in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.

Drunken driving:

• At about 1:05 a.m. Thursday, Mariya Lavishchuck, 26, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving in the 100 block of Egan Drive. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Search and rescue:

• At about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, a search was initiated for a 33-year-old man on the Treadwell Ditch Trail. The man was later determined to be safe.

Theft:

• At about 4 p.m. Wednesday, a 19-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of vehicle theft. She was lodged at the state prison.

Traffic accidents:

• At about 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, a two-car accident involving a Subaru and a Chrysler in the 100 block of Main Street caused $4,000.
