Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Ralph Horecny, 70, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 13 incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Judge Ethan L. Windahl imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Horecny $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
Stefanie Martin, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 20 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .142 percent. Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Martin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
