Small quake recorded near Ketchikan

JUNEAU - A magnitude 4.0 earthquake was recorded near Ketchikan at 11:55 a.m. Sunday.
The quake's epicenter was 40 miles southwest of the city and 240 miles southeast of Juneau.
The West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer reported that the tremor was too small to generate a tsunami.
There was no reported damage.
