Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
At 1:16 p.m. Monday, a Motorola picture telephone was reported stolen at around 11 a.m. from the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue downtown.
Police cited a woman, 18, on a charge of underage drinking at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of West Willoughby Avenue.
Police impounded a 1989 Lincoln Continental at 2:29 p.m. Monday after it slid into the front yard of a residence on Kanat'a Street in the Mendenhall Valley and was left there with a flat tire.
A 15-inch totemic ivory figurine, valued at $3,200, was taken from Northern Treasures Gift Shop on South Franklin Street on Sept. 25.
Juneau police received a report at 7:45 p.m., stating that the theft occurred sometime during the previous hour. They learned of a possible suspect. He was described as a white man, about 30 years old, standing 5 feet 10 inches with a medium build. He had a scraggly, unshaven appearance, brown hair and was wearing a gray or brown jacket.
