Sitka High School senior Lillian Owen models a duct-tape dress Tuesday at the Westmark Sitka Lodge. About a dozen students enrolled in the costume design course at Sitka High held a fashion show of outfits they created and a silent auction to raise money to purchase a sewing machine for the art department.
