Juneau police and fire officials reported:
Assault:
At 7:38 p.m. Sunday, police investigated the report of an assault in the 100 block of Front Street.
At 7:43 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the report that a man was being assaulted by a 37-year-old woman in the 3300 block of Douglas Highway.
At 2:25 a.m. Monday, a man reported being assaulted by a man who bit his ear in the 200 block of Front Street. The injury required stitches. The suspect was arrested on an unrelated warrant.
Domestic violence:
At 12:38 p.m. Sunday, a 41-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence criminal trespass and assault in the 8900 block of Douglas Highway. He was lodged in the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
At 5:06 p.m. Sunday, a 19-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence assault in the 2600 block of David Street.
Drunken driving:
At 10:25 p.m. Sunday, Wilson Vicente Carlos, 21, was arrested for drunken driving in the 1900 block of Anka Street. He was lodged in the state prison and the vehicle was impounded.
At 1:23 a.m. Monday, Joseph Jim, 33, was arrested for drunken driving, refusal and driving without a license in the 200 block of Front Street. He was lodged in the state prison and the vehicle was impounded.
Fraud:
At 10:24 a.m. Monday, a 68-year-old man reported credit card fraud in the Juneau area.
Vandalism:
At 1:26 p.m. Sunday, a mailbox was reported vandalized in the 4900 block of Wren Drive.
Alcohol violation:
At 11:02 a.m. Monday, school staff found a student had alcohol in a car on school grounds in the 3100 block of Riverside Drive. The alcohol was seized for destruction and the issue is being addressed administratively by the school.
