Anchorage man dies in accident

ANCHORAGE - The pilot of an ultralight aircraft died Sunday morning just after takeoff from the Birchwood air strip, north of Anchorage.
The man was identified as Jeffrey Olson, 53, of Anchorage.
Anchorage police said Olson took off at about 10 a.m. and crashed into trees. Olson was pronounced dead at the scene.
