Sunshine Holiday Bazaar scheduled for Saturday

Come in and enjoy the "Sunshine Holiday Bazaar" at the Douglas Community United Methodist Church. It will be on held on Saturday, Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. We will have homemade baked goods, jellies, arts and crafts, collectibles (people collect all kinds of things including Beanie Babies), RADDA knives (some of best knives many of our women have used), SERRV (craft items from third-world countries), post office (a special place with brown-papered surprises) and attic treasures. Then, when you get hungry, join us in our tea room and treat yourself! This year they are serving quiche, homemade chicken soup, sliced breads, lumpia, delightful deserts and, of course, tea. See you at the church at Third and E streets across from the Douglas fire department.
