Murkowski to hold health care town hall

ANCHORAGE - U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski has scheduled a town hall meeting on health care reform for Wednesday.

The town hall meeting will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Mirror Lake Middle School in Chugiak.

A health care reform bill passed the U.S. House Saturday night. Now, it is the Senate's turn.

Murkowski, a Republican, previously held town hall meetings on health care in Anchorage, Fairbanks, the Mat-Su Valley and the Kenai Peninsula. She held a video meeting with residents in Kodiak.
