Contractor Trucano Construction of Juneau proceeds with demolition work Wednesday at Steamship Wharf near the downtown library. The city is decking-over the open water between the wharf and the shore for tour bus staging, a plaza and an expansion of Marine Park. Workers should begin pile driving next week, according city project engineer Mike Krieber.
