Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Drunken driving:
Police arrested Juanita Webber, 43, on a drunken-driving charge at 1:14 a.m. Friday on outbound Egan Drive in the Lemon Creek area. They lodged her at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle she was driving.
Police arrested Mason Morriss, 23, on a drunken-driving charge at 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. They lodged him at the state prison and impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Forgery:
Police arrested a man, 46, on a felony charge of second-degree forgery at 8:48 a.m. in the 400 block of Fourth Street downtown.
Theft:
Police lodged a man, 29, in the state prison after a citizen's arrest on a theft charge at 10:11 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of West Willoughby Avenue downtown.
At 10:10 a.m. Friday, a woman reported that in October her silver Cartier watch, valued at $3,000, was stolen in the 4400 block of Columbia Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley.
At 2:11 p.m. Friday, 20 Game Cube games, valued at $1,000, were reported stolen in the 8000 block of Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area.
A compact disc player and about 20 CDs were reported stolen at 10:30 a.m. Saturday from a locked vehicle at Second and Seward streets downtown. The loss was estimated at $360.
Vandalism:
At 11:39 p.m. Thursday, a man reported someone had spread peanut butter on his vehicle in the 3600 Block of Amalga Street in the Mendenhall Valley.
At 12:01 p.m. Friday, a woman reported her dining room window was broken out in the 400 block of Seward Street.
At 12:43 a.m. Saturday, an egg was reported thrown at a house in the 3800 block of Killewich Drive in the Valley.
At 7:56 a.m. Saturday, a man reported his Harley Davidson motorcycle had sustained an estimated $1,000 damage from vandalism in the 200 block of Marine Avenue downtown.
Traffic stops:
Police impounded a vehicle at 2:16 a.m. Saturday on Foster Avenue in the Douglas area after citing the man, 22, on a charge of driving without a license.
Lost property:
A woman reported at 12:23 p.m. Thursday that she lost a shopping bag containing miscellaneous clothing and makeup items in the Valley.
Found property:
At 10:53 a.m. Saturday Nikon camera in a case and portable CD player was turned over to police after it was reportedly found near Third and Franklin streets downtown.
Underage drinking:
Police cited a man, 20, on an underage-drinking charge at 4:08 a.m. in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive in the Lemon Creek area. They lodged him at the state prison after arresting him on a warrant out of Ketchikan charging that he failed to comply with the conditions of his probation from a conviction for vehicle theft.
