Soboleff celebrates 99th birthday

Dr. Walter Soboleff will celebrate his 99th birthday in a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, at Northern Light United Church, Fellowship Hall, 400 W. 11th St. All friends, family and community members are invited to attend.
