• An A2 obituary on Virginia Beaumont Post in Friday's Juneau Empire misstated her age. A corrected obituary is being republished today.

• An A1 story in Thursday's Empire about enrollment in the Juneau School District overstated the increase in students. The story compared the district's latest count of average daily membership that includes pre-schoolers to the Juneau Economic Development Council's annual single-day counts from past years that exclude preschoolers; however, both data sets show an increase.

Also, the headline assertion that it is the district's first enrollment increase since 2001 is based on the council's numbers; by the district's count, it is the first enrollment increase since 2003.

• An A1 story in Thursday's Empire about the relocation of homeless squatters misspelled Glory Hole Executive Director Mariya Lovishchuk's last name.

• Secondary headlines for an A1 story in Wednesday's Empire about veteran Harvey Marvin misspelled his last name.
