Positions: Past president and life member Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary, life member Alaska Native Sisterhood, B-17 riveter at Boeing in World War II.

Hobbies: Singing, reminiscing with people about the old cannery days in Alaska, Tlingit culture classes.

Quote: "National Native American Awareness Month reminds me of how proud my father was we were four-fourths Tlingit and how my grandmother described the American flag-raising ceremony in Sitka in 1867. She was a young girl, but she was there and told me about it and other stories of Tlingit life in those days."
