• At 4:34 a.m. Sunday, a 26-year-old man reported being assaulted in the 300 block of Fourth Street.

Conditions Violation

• At 7:33 p.m. Thursday, a 27-year-old woman reported a 35-year-old man violated a domestic violence protective order.

Driving Without a License

• At 1:43 a.m. Friday, Leigh Ann Rose was cited for driving without a license on Nancy Street. Her vehicle was impounded.

• At 2:37 a.m. Friday, Timieka Angela Sullen, 18, was cited for driving without a license on Mendenhall Boulevard. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

• At 3:09 a.m. Sunday, Melinda Sue Joseph, 26, was cited for driving without a license on Mendenhall Loop Road. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Drunken Driving

• At 11:48 p.m. Thursday, Jonathan Mark Guthert, 42, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. The was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.

Motor Vehicle Collision

• At 3:30 p.m. Thursday, a vehicle driven by Jesus de la Mora, 31, and a vehicle driven by Carol Garrett, 45, collided on Glacier Highway. The vehicle driven by de la Mora was totaled, and the vehicle driven by Garrett sustained about $5,000 damage. de la Mora was taken to Bartlett Regional hospital for evaluation of his injuries, which were determined to be minor. de la Mora was cited for failing to yield and failing to carry vehicle insurance as required by law.


• At 10:35 p.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department assisted adult probations with a remand in the 5500 block of Aisek Street.


• At 7:42 p.m. Saturday, a 70-year-old man reported the theft of a gun in the 800 block of 12th Street.

Warrant Arrest

• At 2:48 a.m. Sunday, Anthony Dunn, 26, was arrested in the 200 block of Front Street on two outstanding warrants charging failure to appear.
