Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:
Driving without a license:
At about 9:30 a.m. Sunday, a 25-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving without a license in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. The vehicle was impounded.
At about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Bernadro Roguszka, 45, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and reckless endangerment in the 4700 block of River Road. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle was impounded.
At about 10:45 p.m. Saturday, David Scott Alley, 39, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. He was lodged at the state prison and the vehicle was impounded.
At about 11:50 a.m. Sunday, a woman turned in a purse found on Eighth Street. It was placed in safekeeping.
Hit and run:
At about 2 p.m. Saturday, a 33-year-old man reported that his parked, unoccupied 2005 Audi was struck by a 54-year-old man driving a 1999 Chevrolet in the 500 block of Franklin Street. Damage to the Audi was estimated at $1,000.
At about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, a 27-inch TV valued at $350 was stolen in the 100 block of Behrends Avenue.
At about 2:40 a.m. Sunday, a 1983 Chevrolet driven by a 52-year-old man spun out on the ice and hit a guardrail on Egan Drive, causing $2,000 in damage. A 2005 Jeep driven by a 25-year-old man then hit the Chevrolet, sustaining $7,000 in damage.
At about 10:30 a.m. Sunday, minor injuries were reported on Douglas Highway after a collision between a 1999 Toyota driven by a 16-year-old girl, and a 2009 Subaru driven by a 41-year-old woman. The Toyota was totaled and the Subaru sustained $5,000 in damage.
At about 9:40 a.m. Sunday, a 25-year-old woman reported a $100 tire slashed on her Ford in the 4000 block of Delta Drive.
