Juneau resident Kadyn Robert Lewis died Nov. 10, 2007, in Juneau. He was 7 weeks, 5 days old.

He was born Sept. 17, 2007, in Anchorage.
"His life was too short for him to achieve his vast potential but long enough to be loved and treasured by his family for the rest of their lives," his family said.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Goetz, of California; and grandfather, John Shelton, of California.
He is survived by his parents, Steven Lewis Jr. and Angela Lewis, of Juneau; grandparents, Konnie and Bobby "Emmet" Vos, of Juneau, Steven Lewis Sr. and Kim Lewis, of Juneau, and George and Debra Cole, of Petersburg; uncle, Brandal Goetz and his wife, Julie Bates, and their son, Kanon, of Juneau; uncle, Jason Goetz, of Grand Junction, Colo.; aunt, Tami Bergey and her husband, Mark, of Juneau, and Tami's daughter, Kayla Lewis, of Portland, Ore.; uncle, George "Brint" Cole, of Juneau; uncle, Zeno "Matt" Cole, of Juneau; great-grandparents, Peter and Betty Vos, of Minnesota; great-grandmother, Helen Shelton, of California; great-grandfather, L. G. Beshears, of California; great-grandmother, Elizabeth Goetz, of California; great-grandparents, Dick and Paula McCormick, of Juneau; and numerous cousins, great aunts and great uncles.
A service for friends and family will be at 3 p.m. today at the Alaskan Memorial Park and Mortuary on Riverside Drive.
