Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Drunken Driving:
Police arrested James Metlicka, 30, of Eagle River on a drunken-driving charge at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 6200 block of Alaway Avenue in the Lemon Creek area. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Theft:
Several items of jewelry were reported stolen at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of Third Street in Douglas. The loss was estimated at $484.
Vandalism:
A man reported at 6:18 p.m. Wednesday that his 1996 Toyota pickup had its rear window broken out while it was parked in the 1500 block of Third Street in Douglas.
A man reported at 11:12 p.m. Wednesday that a tire on his 1993 Ford truck was slashed while parked earlier in the day.
Disorderly conduct:
Police cited a man, 29, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 12:29 a.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of Trout Street near the airport.
Hit and run:
A man reported at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday that his Honda Accord was struck by an unknown vehicle while it was parked somewhere in the Juneau area. Damage to the right rear door was estimated at $1,000.
