Pelican Boardwalk Boogie fundraiser set for Saturday at the Red Dog Saloon

Organizers of the popular Pelican Boardwalk Boogie will hold a fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Red Dog Saloon.

The event will feature live music by Honky-Tonk Habit (Sean Tracy, Maridon Boario, Lindy Jones and Kris Jones), and specialty dance numbers by the Slime Line Sisters. The evening's festivities also include silent and live auctions - during which participants can vie for a weekend for two in Pelican - as well as impressive door prizes. The master of ceremonies is Collette Costa.
Doors open at 7 p.m., and music starts at 9. Admission is $15 at the door. Funds go toward offsetting the cost of this year's edition of the annual Pelican music festival.
