Juneau police arrested Anthony Lucky Jr., 29, on a charge of online enticement of a minor after an investigation brought about by claims from the teenager and family that Lucky sent sexually explicit e-mails to the 16-year-old child.
Papers filed in court by district attorney Jack Schmidt said that Lucky lived in the victim's home where the e-mail account used to send the messages was created.
Schmidt said that Lucky, who signed his message "kitty," sent a message saying he had dreamed about performing oral sex on the teenager. Schmidt said that Lucky described the act in detail before writing, "We should try that sometime."
Lucky was arraigned in Juneau District Court Monday. He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 29.
