• On Nov. 10, 2009, a daughter, Makenzie Camillya Rose Nunes, weighing 8 pounds, 6 ounces, to Tiffany Nunes, of Juneau.

• On Nov. 10, 2009, a son, Korben Joseph Reeves, weighing 8 pounds, 15 ounces, to Whitney Lynne Reeves, of Juneau.

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.


• Keri S. Combs, 39, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 10, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .090 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended, fined Combs $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for three years.
