ANCHORAGE - The U.S. Marshals in Alaska have a new bomb-sniffing dog.
His trainer, says the yellow lab named MacDuff can detect numerous types of explosives and firearms, even shell casings.
He was trained by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and will be available to help any federal, state and local agency.
KTUU reported when MacDuff is not on duty in Anchorage he's Mac the family pet of Deputy U.S. Marshal Jimmy Johnson.
