Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drug activity:

• Police charged a man, 26, with sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance at 3:39 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Third Street downtown. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center after arresting him on a warrant alleging he failed to appear as a defendant in a criminal case involving bad checks.


• At 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, a Rolex watch, valued at $3,600, was reported stolen Sunday in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive in the Valley.

• Prescription pain relievers and heart medication were reported stolen at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of Postal Way in the Valley.

Traffic stops:

• Police impounded a 1996 Plymouth Voyager at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive in the Lemon Creek area after citing the driver, a man, 40, on charges of driving without a license and failing to provide proof of insurance.

• Police impounded a 1992 Chrysler LeBaron at 8:16 p.m. Tuesday on Egan Drive at Whittier Street after citing the driver on charges of driving without a license and speeding.

Hit and run:

• At 11:07 Wednesday, a woman reported her 2005 Subaru was struck by an unknown vehicle while it was parked in the 900 block of D street in Douglas.
