Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Dennis Monnik, 43, was arrested for drunken driving at 3:08 a.m. Thursday near inbound Egan Drive and the McNugget intersection. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center and additionally charged with refusal.

Domestic violence:

• A boy, 14, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. Wednesday near Crowhill Drive in Douglas for third-degree domestic violence. He was lodged at Johnson Youth Center.

Vandalism:

• At 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, a man, 58, reported vandals caused $100 in damage to a garage door near Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 9:05 p.m. Wednesday, a man, 39, reported his silver 1993 Toyota truck was struck by a rock near Third Street and Gastineau School in Douglas. The rock broke out the extended cab window and dented the trim metal. Damage was estimated at $200.

Disorderly conduct:

• Paul Christopher Harkins, 38, was cited for disorderly conduct at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday near Shopper's Lot.

Theft:

• At 1:34 p.m. Wednesday, a woman, 36, reported her silver Motorola flip-camera-phone was stolen near Crow Hill Drive. The phone is worth $250.
