Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Police arrested Jacob Paul Jacobski, 20, on a drunken driving charge at 11:29 p.m. Monday at Mendenhall Loop Road and Mendenhall Mall Road. They also cited him on charges of reckless endangerment, driving with a revoked license and underage drinking. Police lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A 2004 Jeep went into a ditch after the driver lost control at 7:04 a.m. Tuesday on outbound Egan Drive at Norway Point.
A 2000 Ford Mustang went into a ditch after the driver lost control at 7:29 a.m. Tuesday on outbound Egan Drive near Old Dairy Road.
A 1992 Ford Explorer went into a ditch after the driver lost control at 8:05 a.m. Tuesday on inbound Egan Drive at Sunny Point in the Lemon Creek area.
The driver of a 1984 Ford truck lost control on the ice and the vehicle was struck by a 1996 Dodge truck at 8:09 a.m. Tuesday on Glacier Highway at Sherwood Lane. Damage to the Ford was estimated at $600. Damage to the Dodge was estimated at $4,500. No injuries were reported.
A car attempting to avoid hitting a porcupine at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday slid off Thane Road.
Police cited the driver of a 1990 Jeep Cherokee on a charge of obstructing the roadway after responding to a call that a 2000 Dodge slid into it at 8:18 a.m. Tuesday on Highland Drive and Glacier Highway.
A Jeep Wrangler struck a guardrail after the driver lost control at 8:39 a.m. Tuesday on outbound Egan Drive at Norway Point. Damage to the car was estimated at $3,000.
A 1991 Toyota pickup went into a ditch at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday after the driver lost control on Glacier Highway at Peterson Hill.
At 8:47 a.m. Tuesday, a 2001 Ford slid off on icy area of outbound Egan Drive and into a fence. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000. The driver, a woman, 33, who has lived in Alaska for two years, was cited on charges of speeding and failing to have an Alaska license.
Police arrested a man, 53, on a domestic-violence assault charge at 5:22 p.m. Monday in the Lemon Creek area. They lodged him in the state prison.
A Powder Puff Girls-style multicolored cellular telephone belonging to a 14-year-old girl was reported stolen at 4:18 p.m. Monday from Glacier Avenue area. The telephone was valued at $40.
A man reported at 12:55 p.m. Monday that a set of doors was broken into during the weekend in a building at Fish Creek Road on Douglas Island. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
A man reported at 1:25 p.m. Monday that a barrier gate, a communication antenna and a card reader were damaged during the weekend at an F Street building downtown.
A woman reported at 2:26 p.m. Monday that she found a girl's white bicycle with pink lettering near Melrose Street and Julep Street in the Mendenhall Valley. The bike was picked up by an officer.
