Resolution promotes better health care

I find it difficult to believe that in this progressive community there is not much to be found on such an important matter as House Resolution 676, The United States National Health Insurance Act.

Sound off on the important issues at

It's as though there is a cover-up to silence awareness. As a citizen, I feel obligated to post this for the people.

HR 676 would mean every citizen of the United States will be covered with health care from birth to death. No more pre-existing conditions would be excluded from coverage. No more deductibles or co-pays. All prescription medications will be covered. All dental and eye care will be included in addition to chiropractic. Mental health and substance abuse care will be fully covered. Long-term and nursing home services will be included. You will always choose your own doctors and hospitals. Costs of coverage will be assessed on a sliding scale basis. There will be a tremendously simplified system of medical administration, with total portability, your coverage not tied to any job or location.

Existing Medicare benefits for those older than 65 will remain the same or be vastly improved in many cases. I have much more information that everyone should know about. For more information, please contact me by e-mail at
