Domestic dispute:

Sound off on the important issues at

• At about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, a 39-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic violence assault that occurred in the 8900 block of Birch Lane. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drunk driving:

• At about 6:50 a.m. Sunday, Peggy Ann Miller, 56, was arrested and charged with drunk driving in the 4000 block of Delta Drive. Her blood alcohol content was 0.251, according to police. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and her vehicle was impounded.

Found property:

• At about 4:20 a.m. Sunday, a wallet was turned in to Juneau police pending contact with the owner.


• At about 5 p.m. Saturday, a 43-year-old man was cited and released for larceny in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

Traffic accident:

• At about 7:45 p.m. Saturday, a 41-year-old female driving a Chevrolet struck a Dodge truck driven by a 55-year-old man on Mendenhall Loop Road. Damage was estimated at $3,000, and the driver of the Chevrolet was cited for failure to avoid an accident.


• At about 12:15 p.m. Saturday, a 60-year-old man reported that his mailbox had been vandalized in the 8200 block of Aspen Avenue. Damage was estimated at $50.
