Juneau police and fire officials reported:

Attempt to serve:

• At 2:37 p.m. Tuesday, a 25-year-old man was arrested in the 2000 block of Lemon Creek Road on a $2,500 warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation.

• At 3:56 p.m. Tuesday, a 26-year-old was arrested in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue on a $5,000 arrest warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation. The person was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 12:19 a.m. Wednesday, police served a summons on a 21-year-old man in the 2100 block of Lawson Creek Road.

Disturbance:

• At 3:01 p.m. Tuesday, a 44-year-old man was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported being assaulted by a 28-year-old woman in the 200 block of Front Street.

• At 7:59 p.m. Tuesday, an investigation continued into the report of an assault in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

• At 11:18 p.m. Tuesday, a 28-year-old man was arrested for assault and interfering in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive and was lodged at the state prison.

• At 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, an investigation into a report of a disturbance continued in the 200 block of Front Street.

• At 3:17 a.m. Wednesday, an investigation into a report of an assault in the 2800 block of Postal Way continued.

• At 4 a.m. Wednesday, an investigation into a report of an assault in the 5900 block of Churchill Way continued.

Missing person/runaway:

• At 5:13 p.m. Tuesday, police received a request to locate a 17-year-old girl in the Juneau area.

• At 10:11 p.m. Tuesday, police received a request to locate a 16-year-old girl in the Juneau area.

Motor vehicle crash:

• At 11:42 a.m. Wednesday, a woman reported damage to her 2001 Subaru Forester in the Juneau area.

Protective order:

• At 12:09 p.m. Tuesday, a stalking protective order was issued to be served on a 26-year-old woman in the Juneau area.

• At 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, a domestic violence protective order was issued to be served on a 15-year-old boy in the Juneau area.

• At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, a domestic violence protective order was issued to be served on a 38-year-old man in the Juneau area.

Sex crime:

• At 4:59 a.m. Wednesday, police investigated the report of a sexual assault.

• At 11:09 a.m. Wednesday, police investigated the report of a sexual assault.

Theft:

• At 12:16 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported the theft of 500 gallons of home heating fuel worth $1,500 in the 4500 block of Kanat'a Street.

• At 1:28 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported the theft of a 13-inch Apple Macbook worth $1,200 in the 1200 block of Glacier Avenue.

• At 3:03 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported the theft of a Nano iPod worth $150 in the Juneau area.

• At 8:12 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported a Hewlett Packard laptop stolen from his residence in the 3000 block of Glacierwood Drive.

• At 7:49 a.m. Wednesday, a man reported the theft of auto parts in the 4700 block of Douglas Highway.
