JDHS principal search gets started

Posted: Thursday, November 26, 2009

JUNEAU - The Juneau School District has begun the recruiting process for a permanent principal for Juneau-Douglas High School, and its site council is looking for input on what exactly teachers, students, staff, parents and community members would like to see.

The site council's communications committee has invited the public to comment on the search at a special meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the JDHS library.

Those who cannot attend that meeting can send written comments to jdhssitecouncil@gmail.com.

Current JDHS Principal Jim Kuhlmann is serving as interim principal through the end of the school year.
