Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Robert Victor Bernhardt, 25, was arrested about 11 p.m. Saturday on Marine Way for drunken driving. He was additionally charged with refusal to take a breath test and driving with a revoked license. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


About 2 p.m. Sunday a man, 30, reported a moose rack and a caribou rack were stolen from his vehicle parked at the Capitol Building sometime between Tuesday and Sunday.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

About 2 p.m. Sunday a woman, 30, on Heron Way reported her 1986 Lincoln Continental was vandalized. A window was broken and the body was dented by a large rock.

About 6 p.m. Sunday a woman, 53, reported her 1998 Dodge Durango was vandalized while parked at the Auke Bay Ferry Terminal between Wednesday night and Sunday. The passenger window was broken.

A black 1985 Ford pickup truck had a window smashed out while parked at the Windfall Lake Trailhead Sunday.

Underage drinking:

A 14yearold boy was cited about 11 p.m. Saturday for minor consuming. He was released to a relative.

Hit-and-run incidents:

A woman, 46, reported about 11 a.m. Sunday that her 1993 Cadillac was hit while parked in her driveway. The vehicle sustained damage to the rear end and a nearby mailbox was also damaged.


A man, 43, was arrested about 2 a.m. today on Gastineau Avenue for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was lodged at state prison. Alcohol was involved.

A man, 36, was placed under citizen's arrest by hospital security about 5:30 this morning at Bartlett Regional Hospital for criminal trespass. He was lodged at state prison. Alcohol was involved.

A man, 71, was arrested about 10 p.m. Saturday for criminal trespass after he refused to leave the Triangle Bar. He was additionally charged with disorderly conduct. He was lodged at the state prison. Alcohol was involved.

The Coast Guard helicopter from Sitka transported a sick baby boy and his mother from Angoon to Juneau at 10:30 p.m. Saturday. The infant was experiencing respiratory distress and was brought to Bartlett Regional Hospital.
