Dick Hand, president of Alaska Seafood Co., hangs turkeys on racks in preparation for smoking them for Thanksgiving. Hand and his employees, Jason Wiard, center, and David Pribis, volunteered their time to smoke 35 turkeys for Thanksgiving dinners for the needy. The dinners were hosted by the Hangar on the Wharf and the Salvation Army.
