Juneau resident Betty Barbara Weaver, 75, died Nov. 21, 2006, in Juneau.

Born Jan. 23, 1931, in Jacksonville, Fla., she grew up in Hollywood, Calif. She was a child of an actress. A singer with bands in the 1950s, she worked for CBS Television, with Johnny Carson, Merv Griffin and Art Linkletter. Her father was Henry Ford, who was Jean Harlow's chauffeur.
She is survived by her son, Whit Weaver and his wife, Mary, and their daughter, Parker, of Juneau and Gustavus; and brother, Ric Holt, of Ashland, Ore.
