• At about 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, a 42-year-old man was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft:

• At about 4 p.m. Monday, 400 gallons of heating oil were reported stolen in the 5900 block of North Street.

Traffic accidents:

• At about 4:50 p.m. Monday, a 16-year-old boy crashed a Chevrolet into a Volvo, driven by a 54-year-old man, on Egan Drive. The accident caused $3,000 in damage to the Chevrolet and $3,000 in damage to the Volvo. The boy was cited for following too close.

Trespassing:

• At about 8:40 p.m. Monday, a 36-year-old man was arrested for trespassing in the 400 block of Third Street. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at the state prison.
