Grace C. Hill and John H. Hawkins Jr., both of Juneau, were married on Oct. 27, 2007, in a private garden wedding accompanied by friends and family held in Las Vegas.

The bride is the daughter of Royal Hill Sr., of Hoonah, and Laura Williams, of Juneau. She is a Juneau-Douglas High School graduate

The groom is the son of John H. Hawkins Sr., of Juneau, and Dottie Lindoff, also of Juneau. He is a Hoonah High School graduate.

The couple will make their home in Juneau with their 2-year-old son John Robert Hawkins and 9-year-old daughter Cherie Fawn Booth.
