Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Nov. 17, 2008, a daughter, Autumn Rose Banaszak, weighing 8 pounds, 11 ounces, to Ruth Anne and Victor Emmanuel Banaszak, of Juneau.

• On Nov. 19, 2008, a son, Mark Daniel Davey, weighing 8 pounds, 14 ounces, to Lisa Marie and Mark Philip Davey, of Haines.

• On Nov. 22, 2008, a daughter, Molly Joyce Kidd, weighing 8 pounds, 13 ounces, to Jessy Rose and Bryce Terrance Kidd, of Juneau.

• On Nov. 21, 2008, a daughter, Leslie Ineicia Teal Zamora, weighing 6 pounds, 13 ounces, to Kassie Kay and Raymond Francisco Zamora, of Juneau.

Marriage licenses

The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Steven D. Muetze, 46, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 23, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen imposed 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended, fined Muetze $6,000 with $3,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for five years.

• Stacie L. Littlefield, 27, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Sept. 16, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Littlefield $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Bernard Roguszka, 45, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 15, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .254 percent. Magistrate Sharon Heidersdorf imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Roguszka $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
