ANCHORAGE - Alaska State Troopers say an 18-year-old North Pole man has died of injuries sustained in a rollover crash on the Parks Highway.

Troopers say Jeromey Ramage died after he was taken off life support Saturday afternoon.

Ramage was a passenger in a Dodge Dakota driven Wednesday by 19-year-old Kristin Mogg of North Pole when the accident occurred near Healy.

According to troopers, Mogg was driving from Anchorage en route to Fairbanks when the truck slid on the icy road and she lost control of the vehicle. The truck crashed down an embankment and rolled over several times.

Troopers say Ramage, who reportedly was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle and airlifted to a hospital in Anchorage.
