Anchorage police officer Walt Gilmore salutes a funeral procession through Anchorage for slain Alaska State Trooper Hans Roelle on Friday. The procession was made up of hundreds of law enforcement officers from around the state. Roelle, a 17-year veteran, was shot to death Nov. 24 while responding to a domestic dispute in Wasilla. The assailant then killed his two children and himself. Roelle is survived by a wife and four children.
